I wanted to leave a review. I loved your story a lot. At first I thought that Harry was a bit out of character compared to the canon, more childish, vulnerable etc. But I didn't really mind because I always thought that Harry, as well as Hermione and Ron sometimes, was too mature and wise (not too clever but really too wise) for his age in the books.
My favorite thing about your fanfiction is certainly Albus and Minerva relationship. I just love them together. Your Albus is more soft than in the books, but I liked it. I love how they take care of Harry.
My second favorite thing is Severus, I love how he is in your story, and especially his relationship with Albus and his growing affection with Harry.

Overall this story is a bit fluffy and all, but I can't say it's not pleasant to see some cuteness even if I'll always like the canon story more.
I also really liked some additions like the sentence the Sorting hat said to Harry in the chamber, the way Dumbledore goes to chit chat with Grindelwald (and I must say I really enjoy a lot your Gellert Grindelwald, and I always wanted to have a deeper insight into his relationship with Albus).

I'm going to read your sequel to this story as well now. Thank you for the hard work.

Your characterisation off everyone is amazinf! Snape - snarky, not the kindest person but still human. Dumbledore - caring, well worded and a twinkles in his eye. And McGonagall as a quidditch captain!

You know... with all the hype about the Weasley''s Clock, I'm rather comfunded as to just why it never picked up on the presence and use of the diary... something to ponder I think.

I have to say, I’m really enjoying this story :) It’s well written, and feels in character - I especially love Harry, Dumbledore and Snape! I’m happy Harry has gained a new family and home in Hogwarts. I can’t wait to see what trials lie ahead and how he grows from them. The fact that you are going to turn canon on its head should be fun!
