Reviews for End it all
Reinbeauchaser chapter 1 . 1/2/2019
Very well written. You tapped into the depth of Mikey's despair and made it tangible. And you effectively showed without preaching that suicide is never the answer, not ever. Those with such thoughts only need to talk it out with someone they trust, even if it's a stranger, more so if it's a brother (sister, mother, father, aunt, uncle, cousin, or friend). There will always be mean people, especially within families, but even the mean ones oftentimes are just being silly and thoughtless with their words. This story reaches both the one contemplating suicide as well a those who may push someone towards that decision. We all need to be careful with what we say and to apologize when we offend. We should always love and not be afraid to show it, to hug even if there isn't a reason to do so. I hug my adult kids every time I see them and am always letting them know that I love them. Every one of my texts ends with "Love you!" Every. One. I think if more people heard those words, there would be more contentment and happiness, and less anger. It's the lack of those words from people we love most that can create unrest in our soul. Hug someone today, you will feel better and they will, too. :-D

Wonderful story! 5/5 stars. 3

Poor Mikey. I'm sad too, but suicide? No. Not even self harm. NO.

Orange Dash chapter 1 . 3/6/2016
That's true Mikey, there is no need to end it. In fact, you shouldn't and your brothers are still there for you bro. What a good short chapter, totally freaked me out at the beginning but I'm glad that Mikey is totally fine.
