I know I should not probably say this, but I believe that end of Rhaegar Targaryen in your story is something I would have done to him if I have option to do so. Damn shame that you have not continued with this story.

Sorry, but I forget about were superior to guns till american civil war, so in real
life imperials would be quickly shoot by lonbowmen - monsters and wizards alone would not
save 1346/Crecy/ english lonbowmen kill italian crossbowmen before they could
shoot, and later kill french crossbowmen, handgunners and knights would
die just the same, and monsters would not last long.
Why longbows was abadonned? becouse you need 5 years to train archer, and handgunner
could be trained in few weeks.

Westeros could muster 300000 strong army, even with wizards and guns empire could not win-and nobody will fight for Robert in your story, becouse he abandon could not hatch dragon without losing husband or child they are doomed now,
becouse warhammer world was eaten by hope lies in Others now -better be killed by
them , than lost soul to chaos gods.
Wait,wait,wait - you actually saved warhammer, becouse now Others will kill everybody, and that
means no Chaos victory.

My what a good one shot this is. Seeing the Empire converting the populace to believe in Sigmar. Wonder what other one shots you will do next. Perhaps with Dwarves? Anyway keep up the great work with you other story.

more and also make some timeline or something that explains the history or something about how the imperial got to westeros or something just saying
