l liked reading Leia's perspective on the aftermath of Alderaan. I also liked when she realized Han is the reason she found to go on. Nice story.

Lovely, just like its companion piece. I particularly like this line, "...she felt her destiny lay somewhere beyond the rebellion..."

I think you have captured Leias feelings and emotions perfectly well. Having done a re-watch of the OT only recently, it occurred that in fact Leia has been "paralyzed, injured, but that feeling, that emotion he evoked, it drew her forward, it kept her alive." She just needed time and had to realize and embrace her feelings for Han in her own pace. But as you have worked out in beautiful words, in the end "she was fiercely, utterly convinced that the wait for that feeling had been worth it - and the future she was going to have with him was worth it."
Thank you for this wonderful piece of writing, it does work perfectly well with the Han part.

I just read Han's piece and now this one, and I love them! The language/prose used in both of them is beautiful and I love how you've captured their thoughts and emotions. ALSO, Hamilton. I love you for using Hamilton. haha

Oh, and I need to say - I read the first review on this piece before I started writing mine, and now I might be broken...my heart just can't handle thinking about TFA after reading Wait for It... :(

Beautiful telling of a love blossoming before our very eyes. I adored the inner prose used. You managed to capture Leia's emotions, her purpose in fact, quite eloquently.

One can only hope she finds a new reason to live on after TFA.
