I love this fic, sort and sweet as always! I hope the guys at roosterteeth try to do something similar in volume 4

Love the story, can't believe your story almost made me cry.

Ever thought of writing a fic of where Yang is either a faunus (probably a dragon or whatnot), or is/became a rogue huntress (original idea and au, that i know of, from skiretehfox tumblr com / tagged / rogue-au), or that Yang was raised by Raven or part of the White Fang from the very beginning. Just ideas, you don't have to write.

Hahah that was so kingdom hearts "ill come back to you I promise" "i know you will" i loved it i wish u hadnt ended it here or at least teased a reunion... to be honest I sort of wish Blake had gone to get Weiss and then together they'd tail Ruby. Nonetheless I think ur Yang reaction was totally in character. So many people want her to explode but I think that her fire is too spent and her soul is too precious to truly lash out at Blake. Siigh thanks for writing this.

This was an interesting ending.

The emotion was quite raw while reading this, and it was helped along by the truncated style once again. I really like that you didn't cross the line into romance with kissing and all that, it wouldn't fit here, and what you did was far better IMO. You do an excellent job of showing the inner struggle within Blake as she is torn between leaving again (and convinced herself that Yang doesn't want to see her) and returning to see Yang one last time.

The ending was a bit of a surprise, but it makes sense if you wrote this as a bridge of sorts between the finale and Volume 4. Yang would let Blake leave, and that absolutely isn't out of character at all, and in hindsight I like this decision. She is happy to see that someone came back after leaving her, and has always been one to put the wellbeing of others ahead of herself, which would definitely include asking Blake to go look after Ruby.

Overall a wonderful read, and not as dark as I thought it would be. It was actually quite heartwarming, and gutwrenching of course. Still, great work as always.

Hehe, I was waiting for one final kiss on the lips, but I think this was even better, in a way. Gosh, you really know how to rip my heart apart, in good ways and bad ways. This was a fitting ending for this story, man... I just... really need this to happen in canon, now... GAH. And again, thank you for lending your incredible writing skills to us, so that we can read all of these lovely works QwQ. Time for me to lie in bed and thin about this some more... Ugh, that one line where Yang asked if Blake thought she was hideous absolutely broke my heart, man...

Honestly, I don't think I have words to express my emotions about this wonderful story.
This is one of this cases we you are left wondering how different could the serie; like how much could be improved.
Thinking in your work momoxtoshiro and the stories of so good writers, sometimes I dream about the possibility of seeing them instead of simple reading them. Just like the show. How amazing would be that, you know?
But in any case, even if I'm not good expresing my feelings, your story has touched my heart. And to complement, I have nothing left to say, except this:

Oh my God, you always know just what to write to cheer me up, Hana. Trust me, I've had a rough day and reading this lifts my spirits a bit.

The good thing and the bad thing about these stories, and really RWBY fanfic's in general. They either have too stop to soon, because we know so little about the RWBY world(anything of the other three kingdoms, numerous important people we've not even seen yet, the Grim and/or Salem, the Maidens, Silver eyes, other magic's), on the other hand they can keep going, and just make it up as they go(which can either work very well, or just suck).
Regardless it's a nice piece, Ruby just trying to help, Yang doing her best now, and Blake trying to do her best despite being confused and hurt and guilty. I really enjoyed it.

Ok, finally tracked down the time to write this review, so let’s get to it. Now, before anything else, I knew this was going to be full of angst and suffering at first. I knew giving you free reign was going to be painful. That being said, this is far darker then I was expecting, in the best way possible. From the very first line (btw, THAT WAS A FANTASTIC OPENING LINE. Set the tone perfectly), this fic gripped my heart in a tightly gloved fist and never let go.

The initial lines, the summary of Yang’s raw, pain filled emotions, of the self-hatred and disgust was on point. Her grief at Blake leaving, her anger and pain over the loss of her arm and all the repercussions that follows it, but especially her now near nonexistent feelings of self-worth. Yang is feeling the loss of her arm in almost every way possible. And probably the worst if it is how she now fears hugging her sister, how she believes that it will further ruin her life. The other fantastic piece in the beginning was how you mentioned the lack of Yang’s childhood, and how that ties in to her current struggle.

And then it got worse when Ruby left. So, so much worse. Ruby leaving was bad enough, because it absolutely destroyed Yang. But more than that, it alluded to her knowing exactly who and what the bird was. Though that small but important father/daughter moment was both heartwarming, because Yang was finally asking her father for something, and devastating for the exact same reason. Their relationship, all the flaws and problems that it contains, were revealed in that one little exchange. But also, a little bit of hope, though most of the hope was drenched with desperation. Because the thing is, all they have left is each other. So that means Yang did not go to him until there was no one left.

Part of me thinks the tapping on the window was not the blackbird tapping on the window, but Blake.

Also, I never really noticed, but your fics get huge amounts of favorites/follows, and like 10 reviews. A fair amount of which are all by the same people.

Oh my god, Blake! Stop running, don't you know Yang needs you!? Stop being a scary cat and face Yang, come on!
Please update soon, Blake and Yang need to be together again!

... It took me so long to get through this chapter. I had to keep pausing and just... the emotions kept overwhelming me. Gosh. Can't even think of a good review right now. Heh, I think I might need a bit... to think..

Argh...you do a wonderful job of portraying Blake's internal conflict and the reason why she ran. Much of that appears to be canon too, at least what we know of her character and her past. At the same time though, I just want to slap her...GO HUG YOUR TEAMMATES DAMNIT!

Okay, with that said, this was a really good chapter. I thought the short sentence structure was a nice touch and really added to the feel of Blake running. It wouldn't have the same effect if you went into a more descriptive style, mad props on it :)

It is nice to see Yang saving the flowers, hopefully their reunion won't be too rough. Who am I kidding, Bumblebee angst under your guidance is usually rough XD Ah well.

Really looking forward to next Tuesday. Absolutely amazing work so far.
