That accident was totally Emily's fault. If she had listened to Billy or Bella or Embry and actually stayed away from the confrontation then she wouldn't have gotten hurt.

Why change the relationship status of Emily and Sam? I wish this was based on the canon imprinting relationships of Emily with Sam, Jared with Kim, and Quil with Claire. Having Emily not be with Sam just diminishes the idea that the imprint has the ability to cause such intense attraction and even physical pain to the wolf and the imprint. Jacob and Bella's imprint would just be one step beyond the intense canon imprinting story of Emily and Sam, but having Emily be able to just throw of the attraction of the imprint diminishes the beleivability that Jacob and Bella would feel such a strong attraction.

This was a good story, but I also find it kind of rushed and some character development left out. I get Sue's anger about everything and that's why she lashed out as my times as she did, but instead of helping her deal with it everyone was basically telling her to suck it up, which wasn't fair in my opinion. The Embry/Emily storyline was missing at least two whole chapters to themselves and wasn't resolved well. There was obviously the problem of the imprint between Sam and Emily and Embry's feelings were practically brushed off for plot purposes. And I understand the imprint between Jacob and Bella being intense because they have to procreate or whatever, but it was almost ridiculous. I think they should have tested being separated more than just have the anxiety kick in when they did it twice and then be huddled up under each other again. Like it said, it was good but just seemed very rushed to me.
