This was wonderful. I loved all the nuances-Christina needing to turn Feldt around because she's not doing it herself, the moment that stretches out while Christina waits for Lockon to try on the gloves, Lockon's slow examination of his hands and the way the gloves feel against them-that's what makes the story, for me. That's what made this hurt, and then made it adorable-because I swear I actually winced when I realized where the plot was going, and the ending made me smile. The way that both Lockon and Chris are so protective of one another, but in entirely different ways, is really sweet, and I love the way you characterized them both. Seriously, you've written a lovely fic here.
