There are a lot of interesting ideas here, but you're rushing past them too quickly. Why not show us Raven and Taylor's interactions instead of just saying "they became friends"? Seems like an important part of the story, doesn't it? Canon!Taylor's relationship with her first costume is developed better, and that's just a bunch of fabric and bug shells!
Same with much of the other exposition, especially Raven knowing what happened to the other Titans. Even if you don't want to make finding them a plot point, you could at least describe what Raven did to find them and maybe what they were doing when Raven looked.

Thoroughly and completely impressed with this fic. Love how you've merged everything together.

I know it's been a while and the muse has flagged, but I've been hoping that Raven's new body would be an identical twin to Taylor - either by design or accident. If it's an accident, it could be the first step for Raven in what Trigon called her conquest.

Regardless of twinning or not, I doubt Taylor will want to give up being able to talk to Raven in her head. If twinned, I hope that Taylor will get a duplicate set of Raven's abilities.

Plus, as going after a Succubus, things should be interesting for both of them. heh.

A lot heavy on explaining what they did rather than actually showing, which heavily detracts from a very promising story concept. Hope to see more soon and try to work in more dialogue and 'showing' scenes.

The fact Raven didn't use any of her more signature fighting style(that is, use force panels to block attacks from enemies and shaping her energy projectiles to work similar to Starfire's, not to mention her energy/shadow binds) makes the fight scene rather stilted to me. Sure, dodging is a good habit to have but not even testing to see if your opponent's power can bypass your own is never a good idea.
Without certainty of whether or not her panels of force can block certain esoteric energies(I'm not saying she should just throw up a shield and block whatever is thrown at her, but interpose a panel between a shot while still dodging gives you the chance to experiment rather risk free.), how can she trust that her own powers won't fail her in a critical moment. Its called calculated risk for a reason.

I can appreciate how you glossed over the mass-teleportations and the despair that is an Endbringer healing tent.
