Truly, an excellent story. I really enjoyed how you wrote Daria's character and gave her a experience without changing her personality too much. I also love the update to Trent's character, you really tweaked him just right. Tom's ending made me laugh, it worked extremely well. I look forward to reading other things you've written.

This was so good that I honestly prefer it to the show. I loved how you turned the characters into more than what their stereotype was on the show. You did amazing with Trent and Quinn, making them such well rounded people. I've drawn finishing this fic out for two days because I didn't want it to end! I truly loved this take on the show and will for sure be reading it again.

this is my favorite story that i have read repeatedly. Why? Because it's Daria and Trent. Because there is beautiful character development between all of them. Because it ended in a lovely way. I wish you would write another one for Daria but I know the muse leads where ever it wishes to go.

I pretty much just spent the last five hours Bingeing this fic. I loved every bit of it too .from the slow burn , the small differences in characters you made , the ending . The fic was so awesome and fun to read

The scary thing here is that with the Freakin' Friends otherwise fleeing, Lehrman had free reign on the ones who stayed. Gonna be some mental scarring from *that*, I'm sure.

am I the only one weirded out by the wholeTrent waiting for her to turn 18" thing? I get it, for the story anyways. But just the standing there, waiting, for her to turn 18 was a little weird. I don't think Helen would have been as okay with it. And probably would have wondered if they had done anything beforehand. still a good story and a good read but that part was a little creepy for me
