Time travel is a trope I somehow never get bored of, especially when you write it. This one is perhaps a little more traditional than most of your others, but it still has your unique flair to it which i like a lot.

I like all the Lord of the Ring references.

Yes, I was one of those upset that James and Lily still died, but it was a fantastic betrayal scene! Harry had a good defense for his actions and inactions in chapter 2, I thought, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire story!

This fic reached inside my chest and ripped out my heart, replacing it with something far less effective and mostly comprised of movie quotes.

Yup, this is a really cool little story and somehow - despite the dysfunction of everybody - it makes so much sense! :D
And no-one ever saw Peter's betrayal coming, so that was a clever move.

It was not a great betrayal scene, and you're not very bright if you honestly believe that. Everyone saw it coming, and it wasn't even done in a suspenseful or moving way.

You should probably pick a tense and stick to it. Moving from past to present is wrong, stop doing it.

Voldemort got lectured to death by Death. I love it. It's like intro to AG Econ. You sit there for three hours and tune out the professor drone on about things you genuinely don't give two shits about, all the while feeling as though you're wasting away into dust. If it tickles you're fancy, you aught to write a fic where little Tom Riddle attends Hogworts with grandiose aspirations of supreme conquest because he's the shit, and no one can match him... And Then Hary Death abruptly pops out of the woodwork as the Muggle Studies professor, and Tom utterly dismisses him because Muggle Studies is a shit class, and who gives a flying flip about muggles? They should all do society a courtesy and die. But then, well, Harry is all blithely badass, and unfairly overpowered, and he has the ambition of a mail post, and that just pisses Tom off because suddenly he isn't the shit anymore, and Death doesn't have the decency to recognize how significant that is, and why is he teaching something as worthless as Muggle Studies? And if Tom develops feelings for Death the Destroyer of Traditional Education, that would be nice, because Harry creeps the hell out of old Dumbledor, and such an achievement would make Tom's good books any day.
