Great story. No complaints about it at all. If you were to write a second story then add the fact of harry making Hermione's parents magical and giving Sirius and Remus the powers and skills that they learned and if it's a crossover make it from a popular and interesting series please. Ex. Naruto or bleach or pjo.

I really enjoyed this, thank you writing it. The writing style you used of mostly telling what happened worked well for this story, but in general it’s more engaging to show what happened. For an example, you told us: Mcgonagall pulled harry out of class, told him about the ball, he thought about the ball, chose to reject the first quest and got a second. Showing would have involved including the dialogue between Harry and Mcgonagall, how Harry felt about the situation, a few physical details (like they were standing in a hallway, he fidgeted, it was poorly lit) to ground the readers in the scene like when Harry bumped into Hermione while under the invisibility cloak in the beginning. I actually really liked the decision to not go the romantic route and that it was addressed as a specific decision. I would have liked more scenes between the characters with them talking and us actually getting to see how they changed as a result of everything. For instance, Neville lost his painfully shy status but we never saw much of that, though he did do several within character but no longer shy things, like coaching Fleur during the curling game. I absolutely loved that! But I would have liked to see it in a normal setting, like the class with Snape: Neville’s doing great, Hermione is barely paying attention because she already knows this and wants to read more books, maybe she’s the one who checks out Snape’s status page, and Harry is doing well enough that he actually has time to think in the class: I know my potion is perfect and Snape has always hated me, i wonder what his status says?, and we could have gotten an update on Ron, cause him being dropped out of the group was perfectly reasonable and natural, but another scene of just him going along with ‘everyone’s ignoring harry’ would have been nice.

Anyway, I loved it. There were a ton of great moments, like Luna’s sudden relief after putting on the diadem, Padfoot and Moony naming the Marauders Mk 2, and Fleur kissing Neville in thanks for letting her show herself as fully capable. Oh, I also appreciated that her required different gender teammate was Yule Ball date because her school is all girls, and that Harry’s curling team lost against Krum’s team of professionals.

that was so cool, i've stated a few other stories along the lines of using video games and what not but this is the first that was actually finished. i really loved it thank you writing it.

this is great work. to the point with no toiling about explaining things that should be obvious. the only thing I don't condone is the unlimited amount of power the party shares with Harry. He is the gamer and should be the one with the OP power. That is my opinion though. Good on you.

To bad he didn’t check Dumbledore’s status. Tho I think by now they were all above his level

This was a great story that I enjoyed. I've been looking for a book with the Gamer skill in HP, and I think you did an admirable job. I usually prefer longer works, but I'm glad I gave yours a chance.
With that in mind, I feel this story was in some ways rushed, and I would have liked to see some more character interaction than just a lot of the... summarizing of events; however, how you wrote this story was engaging and a beautiful, quick, wholesome story.
In the end, I would love to see a sequel of some kind, and you may have one, but sometimes it's easier/better to leave an ending open to interpretation. Anyway. I'm going to check out any other work you have. Hopefully, it's just as good!
