Lily, sirius and james find out harry is the actual boy who lived, and the realize what they did to him and regret it. (pensieve) They also realize ethans a brat and harry is VERY kind. and they love him.
Harry still loves them, and lily is emotinal.

I would say to put Harry as Hogwarts house since he is the heir to all 4 of the founders and have his brother a hat stall for a while, don’t know about the house though. I mean he isn’t brave and Noble, intellectual, hard working and loyal, nor cunning and ambitious. At best he belongs in Slytherin. He would have no other traits that I can see, but he was removed from the Slytherin line by Harry who Salazar appointed as the heir over the oldest.
