This almost made me cry

I think it's a bit strange how easygoing most soldiers and commanders are towards the Empire, especially Pina as a princess, when the Empire attacked them and slaughtered and enslaved their people... I know I most likely wouldn't be that cordial with them...

While the story is very exciting so far, I can't help but feel as if two different people wrote some of the chapters: the first with a love to details and a very exciting and alive style of writing, the second simply using monotone 'name:sentence' texts as if writing a script... which is sad because it makes the story feel choppy and unbalanced.

Despite wanting to read furthermore into the story, every time I come across the names of characters with colon punctuations at the end, it kinda just ruins it for me.

Really not a bad story, with Alistair's storyline being the most interesting of the whole fic, but could you pleaaaaase continue?
