Ster J chapter 39 . 4/28/2017 The best thing I can can about this tale is this: it read better than n many a pro novel! Brava, Kerjen! |
markervin63 chapter 39 . 4/27/2017 A wonderful story that was well worth the time it took to draw it out! And the last chapter was a fitting way to end it. I do have a confession to make. Maybe I've seen "Young Guns 2" too many times, but I was kinda hoping that when they finally confronted the villain at the school, someone would have said, "Yoo-hoo, I'll make you famous!" :-D |
PHXYote chapter 39 . 4/26/2017 Wonderful work! I also like the kids-and your Saavik-as much as Spock. Maybe even more. Congratulations on this great story. |
pandorablueskies chapter 39 . 4/26/2017 Thank you for such a wonderful story! It was definitely worth the wait. I look forward to what you write next and hope it will be an equally good and lengthy read :) |
Susan chapter 39 . 4/26/2017 I love this. Thank you for writing it and all the stories you have written. |
PHXYote chapter 36 . 4/21/2017 Wow. Just wow! |
pandorablueskies chapter 36 . 4/20/2017 Arfh! Had to back track a bit to see where we were. These last couple of chapters are beyond fascinating! HOWEVER! It's 0114 here and you've left me hanging. Plus I suddenly have a driving need to go back and read all of your other stories. (evil... she mutterred). As usual a terrific read, but please work out the problem with the next chapter, like yesterday (kidding-would rather have quality than a fast piece of junk). Looking forward to more, loving the story, as usual, although I'm holding you responsible for me mental breakdown over the overlapping lives and time paradoxes. There's a reason I didn't take physics-give me a nice, calm 450 gm baby to take care of any day, LOL! Thanks for a good read! |
tazleia chapter 34 . 4/12/2017 I hope there are more chapters to this story |
Heather Snow chapter 34 . 4/11/2017 I haven't read this since you were back at Chapter 20. So I read it again from beginning on through the new 14 chapters. Still loving it. I was happy with Saavik's reveal to those who figured it out. Though I still do hope to see the young Spock's reaction... |
Susan chapter 34 . 3/2/2017 You are an amazing writer. Please finish this story soon! |
pandorablueskies chapter 34 . 2/20/2017 Please tell me there's more! As usual, I love the detail about the family, their interactions, and their ties to the Enterprise crew. It doesn't get much better than this. To be frank, this would make an excellent Star Trek novel, if the "Powers-that-Be" had the sense God gave a box of rocks. Thanks as usual for an extraordinary read! And for those who think it doesn't develop the characters enough or that it moves too slowly, try reading it again. It makes Spock and Saavik's family and relationship real. And real life is more than just a constant roller coaster of action. If you want that, I'd recommend "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom". |
AnsuzWhispers chapter 34 . 2/12/2017 Finally I make it to write a comment. Great work as usual. I especially liked the family moments and how fiercely loyal her crew is to Saavik. I had to laugh a bit that basically everyone managed to figure out the identity of Spock's wife on their own (besides the oblivious younger Spock of course). Real subtle job of hiding their bond. But finally they know. I waited all along for this to happen and even her Romulan heritage leaked out. Thanks for the Amanda/ Saavik bonding moments. They always make the best scenes. Thanks again for this fantastic story... |
T'Thel chapter 34 . 2/5/2017 I meant to review so many times. I love this story soooo much! You need to finish this and publish it (I know an editor...)! A couple of suggestions/opinions: I personally don't see McCoy yelling as much, I think he's cooler and more collected; and (I apologize if I'm the umpteenth person to say this) Vulcan would actually have higher body temperature than Humans. I used to think they had lower temperatures too, but then I thought about this: feeling hot or cold is in relation to the person's internal temperature, so as a desert people Vulcans would have a higher temperature so they wouldn't overheat. I love this story! Please update again soon! |
Guest chapter 34 . 1/29/2017 Loved the time with the family in sick bay...here's hoping Saavik is able to do what needs to be done. |
markervin63 chapter 34 . 1/27/2017 Anybody ever tell you that you are REALLY good at cliffhangers? Another fine installment! |
