I really enjoyed this fanfic and liked it a looot. 3
From my point of view, Chases reaction, when he saw House, was quite funny and interesting. It would make sense, if he was dead and met House. XD I liked the moment when he realized that it was really House who was standing in front of him, and when he thought about the funeral and his feelings again. :)
And your description/characterization of Houses appearance also made my heart skip a beat, and the part where you wrote that Chase was the one who understood House left deep impression on me, too. Still, my most favourite part of the fanfic is the ending itself, when House worked with Chase on a differential diagnosis. I really loved how the end of the story came back to the very beginning of their interaction. :)

I really like this, I always thought House had a good relationship with Chase, they understood one another, especially in the later seasons. You have their characters down really well, nicely done.
