This chapter was such a welcome break in my boring day, so thank you for updating! I wasn’t sure how Dash’s first day of the semester would go, but I’m so happy with everything that happened. There’s been SO MUCH GROWTH in so many characters during this story, and it was so gratifying and fun (!) to see everyone at that lunch table, all supportive and having a good time together. It seems like things are finally falling into place in Dash’s life, and it’s nice. I really appreciated what you did with Blake, too. I’ve been really back and forth on where I stand with him, but it felt really right for Dash to extend an olive branch to him. The kid definitely seems all alone. I’m excited to see what happens with the new house, the dance, and of course Dash and DannyI hope they get a moment together soon! Stay safe, healthy, and inspired!

I mean, I've read A LOT of slow burns before, but never one that actually BURNED to this extent. I tend to like slow burns because I feel like the romance gets a lot more time to develop which seems way more believable, but these two? HEAVENS. They are so frustrating I just want to go smother myself.
