OMG! Just found this story and it’s so good! I love a perfect love story! Wish they would do this for season nine!

Amazing story, and great flow as always N :) I could feel all the emotions the characters were feeling. They all feel really in character. Love the explanation, with Cath keeping her promise to Deb.

You always manage to capture everything so perfectly, that takes true talent. Your writing trully is beautiful.

OMG the emotions you capture! I can feel them all! You are an unbelievable writer, and also this time you didn't disappointed me...us!
I must admit that I didn't expected the continuity with the promise that Cath had made to Deb. But it's absolutely the most sensible thing, the only one who can explain the way how Cath love Steve, and I hope so much that the authors have thought of it as a justification for her actions, but...I already know that will not happen.
I think you have no idea how good it felt to read these two characters so similar to those that I loved in the first three and a half seasons.
The Cathrine's insecurity that I could perceive only in a couple of occasions in the series, and Steve's capacity to forgive those who he know would never meant to hurt him...awwwwww, they are just Cath and Steve, the authentic ones for me.
Thank you so much for this wonderful story. I can't wait to read more from you, in the meantime I'll start again YOM!

Loved it. They need to bring her back. They act as though Steve ' s character would be dull is he was married. But Catherine is former military, tough, smart and abad-ass in her own right. They would be perfect together.

Oh how absolutely perfect. Loved your depiction of Steve, Mary, Catherine, and especially Joan - she just couldn't get any sweeter or cuter. Love her relationship with her Unca and with Cat - so sweet and innocent. Adored Steve and Mary's relationship as well. And that Mary did want to try with her mother. Can we please have more? The spaghetti dinner - the talk between Steve and his mother - the wedding - and Danny and the rest of the ohana? Pretty please? Please don't stop here! I said please.

I ALWAYS look forward to your stories! I also thought that Catherine leaving Steve had something to do with Doris. Loved the reference to Aunt Deb too! Wish the show's writers would take these hints and bring Catherine back to Steve!
