This is totally adorable. I like how you didn't have Peridot apologize to Amethyst through a tape recorder again and that she had a chance to actually voice her feelings. As cute as that sequence was in the show, it would feel kind of cheap to have it used a second time. And now I'm imagining Amethyst and Peridot cuddling in front of the TV and I neeeeeedd. These dorks are gonna be the death of me. Thank you for sharing! :)

Well this was both emotional and really adorable. I like your characterizations, the gems and Steven feel very true to their canon-selves. I'm getting the not so subtle Amedot feel here and even though I personally prefer Lapidot it's still a very nice read, I think Amethyst's rather upbeat personality could work well with Peridot's awkward nerdiness and you created a nice chemistry between the two, I look forward to reading more of your stories :)
