Any Dream Demon in general would be horrifying to encounter. I mean, Bill has been shown to make people fall asleep at will just so he can get to them. Plus he’s a demon and naturally knows how to talk people into deals. I figured his fear would’ve been Bipper, but this is so much worse. I wonder what the other students were thinking, or if they even knew what Bill is. No matter, though! This was great. I love that Dipper was in Slytherin and Mabel in Griffindor. I see Mabel as the type of person who never really changes, but Dipper would eventually become more stoic and jaded because of Bill’s influence. After all, there never was a time limit on the deal they made...

Holy Peanut Butter, this is AMAZING! I would like to see some more of this! I absolutely agree with the houses you put them in. I kinda want to see Lupin try and find out more about Bill. And Bill sees this as an opportunity to get back at the twins, maybe making Lupin his puppet. Just an idea. GOOD WORK!

I really want this to bloom into a bigger story, where Lupin tries to uncover whatever this is, and he calls Ford/Stan and they get all worked up, and Bill gets out somehow and Lupin has to deal with him and...

I love this story! I've read it twice now and cried both times. Not many short stories can do that to me- you have talent. Though the reversed sentence "Dipper isn't the only one likes to play Bill with" does bug me a lot, your grammar was mostly very good and I didn't notice any spelling mistakes.
I don't agree with the houses you gave them, personally. It seems like Mabel would be a Hufflepuff and Dipper would be Ravenclaw. That's just me, though… other than that, I found this crossover well thought out and about as believable as fantasy crossovers can get. Well done!
