I really don't understand why there aren't so many other fics like this, because CAS KEEPS GETTING TREATED LIKE SHIT, LIKE WTF. This story and Supernatural and Cas and Misha Collins and Dean and Jensen Ackles make me super emotional.

I'm crying. I need this so much. This has been an emotional fic but bless that it has a happy ending an the Winchesters recognizing and repenting for their mistakes.

So you noticed that there is something severely wrong with Season 11? I had the same feeling and you managed to make sense out of it all and fix it perfectly. I think that if Cas ever had the guts to express his pain, he would say exactly what you wrote here.
