It's been a while since this was updated and Natsu and the gang are on the run. Poor Lucy, I bet she feels so betrayed. However, like you stated in your authors note. Why is magic a free thing in another country? You would think that magic being banned is a world wide thing. I have a feeling that Lucy's mom being sick is not because of magic per say. She just gives me the vibe that she knew how to use it. Nice chapter, can't wait for more.
