In one short paragraph You lost me as a reader of your story. Because you failed to mark this story as slash you lost any chance of me reading any of your stories... slash or not.

I think you should write this again as a longer fic... it's really good - too good to be a one-shot. (though it could use a sprinkling of Snape)

I have many times tried to rewrite the story of Harry's trial. Recently I had him put the whole case into the hands of a wizarding barrister. I liked this one the best. Fudge, Umbridge, Malfoy, Yaxley and Runcorn were disqualified. Tiberius Ogden took over and dismissed every charge with prejudice.

Some may say you over did it but I say you didn't go far enough on Fumbles! The man's been around for a long time and Merlin, GOD, Morgana and Buddha only know how many crimes he'd confess to! He's always been too good to be true. The DMLE should further all three before putting Fudge and Umbitch in Azkaban and turning Fumbles over to the Goblins. Have Umbitch list every crime she committed and name everyone she committed them against as well as why. Who knows, she just might talk herself into the KISS by the time she's done. Then do the same with the other two. Ol' Fumbles might even add another decade or two to each end of his sentence. And while they're at it don't forget to pump Parkinson dry of everything he knows as well. Someone like him might just know many names and places of both marked and unmarked DEs and supporters. Next you pump every single DE and supporter dry of everything they know. That's how it should be handled. However I don't hold any hope of it actually being done like that as there's simply too many corrupt people in the Ministry.
