You've so impressively and accurately captured the style of the characters in RTTE that it's actually a detriment. High quality fiction tends to have much better dialog than the tv series and as such, you've kind of limited yourself here.

If Tuffnut had the foresight to stay behind and protect his sister than why did they stay in a place where the hunters would even consider looking? Why not hide out on a mountain or deep in the forest?

This is the kind of stuff I love reading and you captured the twins' relationship perfectly!

I loved your story! The Ruff and Ruff binding was excellent topped with some great angst and all the riders were all in character. I was a good read. well done! :D

I'm a sucker for anything family- especially Ruff and Tuff bonding. Some of my favorite episodes in RttE are the twins realizing just how much they need each other. I am a twin myself, so I guess I can relate to those moments! :)

Great story! Boy, Ruffnut is sneaky! I saw the episode when she swiped the key as she was "begging" the hunters not to hurt Barf and Belch. Ruffnut and Tuffnut can be really smart at times, like now. Loved it!
