I have to say this is one of the best stories I have read in a long time. I felt like crying for Naruto and loved how you gave it more life then a "between the sheets" story.

Ironically, I didn't end up feeling like this was a happy ending. The story tries to show that things have greatly improved for the couple since the misunderstanding was cleared up, but I don't find the changes to be very credible give the enormity of the problems that led to the misunderstanding. Naruto and Sasuke had a misunderstanding that lasted for two and a half years due to a massive lack of communication on both sides. Sasuke couldn't effectively communicate his feelings, and Naruto never once tried to communicate his. How can they possibly have a happy marriage if Sasuke is THIS bad at being in a relationship? Similarly, a marriage requires a lot of trust, honesty, and communication, so how can they possibly have a happy marriage if Naruto is THIS bad at communicating with Sasuke?

You can't fix relationship flaws like that overnight with just a promise, especially because a lot of their problems stem from personality issues. In order for the relationship to work, Sasuke essentially had to get a personality transplant where he went from being cold and afraid of displays of affection to being comfortable enough to show them. Those were issues that had been ingrained into Sasuke's personality for his entire life. At this point, he simply can't change those things even if he wanted to. A good girl can't change a bad boy into a nice guy with the power of her love, so Naruto shouldn't be able to change his cold boyfriend with the power of his love either. Similarly, Naruto is the type of person who bottles things up, so that's what he's going to do the next time they have problems because that's the type of person he is.

Yes...I want a sequel. A point of view and anything else I can beg for! This was fantastic. I'm so excited about this one. Lol

Honestly, I couldn't blame Naruto for how he felt. To him, Sasuke, was being cold after awhile. I could see why Naruto would feel so insecure. And when everyone else didn't see what Naruto saw happening in their relationship. he couldn't help but think that Sasuke was hiding what Naruto would believe was Sasuke's true feelings or rather the lack thereof for Naruto.

At the same time, when the waiter dumped that tray. I could understand Sasuke's anger for what had happened to his Naruto. Sasuke is socially stunted to some degree. He didn't handle the situation well. But there were clues that Sasuke did care for Naruto. His confusion everytime a family member would confront him about Naruto. The odd looks he was giving Naruto. But the best was when Sasuke came downstairs after getting ready to leave for the event with Naruto. The special look in Sasuke's eyes.

I'm happy that it ended extremely well. And the moral of this story. Communicate. Just because you've been with someone and know them well. Doesn't mean diddly if you can't communicate to each other. Especially each others feelings.

Great writing, Animegoddess!

AiMila chapter 1 . 1/11/2016
they r both idgets but i understand Naruchans point of view...it did look like a onesided relationship but his an idiot for digging deeper and ask but i would had probably had done the same and maybe even more...lord knows im capable of packing my things and leaving a note on the table explaining the reasons as to why i left (then again i would not have been quiet about it. i would had at least sat us down to talk before making that kind of decision)
and Sasu should had at least whisper the dang words while they were doing the love-making and what not
but this was a very beautiful story where the misunderstanding was resolved
