Cinder sure have confident that she won't get betray. Then again, so far she's the one doing the betraying. Through, he probably need her for his plan, he still might betray her down the road.

Don't worry, I did enjoy reading. I really like your story.
I love the way you are writing each character specially the WBY, the way they worked together, their abilities, you can see that they can still work as a team even after years without working together.
The only comment I have would be related to Ruby character. In the serie, the appealing point of Ruby character is her childish, innocent and clumsy nature (a cool reaper in the outside, a childish dunce in the inside). So please try not to write Ruby as a perv, or badass person because it doesn't fit her.
Also, though I can understand that eight years have passed and that she is more mature, I don't think that she is the thinking or analytic type (I don't think she will ever be; she is creative but not intelligent). Thinking and analysing would be Weiss and Blake area. Anyway, Ruby in chapter 3 was better that the Ruby in chapter 2

Anyway, I like your fanfic. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I'd leave the brain work to Weiss and Blake. Ruby may be more mature here, but I can't see her ever being a particularly heavy thinker. She can think outside the box, but otherwise, the "lovable idiot" shtick is pretty important.
