Guest chapter 5 . 7/27 A most excellent crossover with good balance and beautiful writing. |
MetalHound93 chapter 5 . 4/4 A beautiful contained story of an old soldier. Thank you for your tale. |
PrettyKitty77 chapter 5 . 1/4 I enjoyed the story but have you considered a version where Kakashi lives? You could do it as an alternate ending or do a completely separate story with the same basic premises of him accidentally ending up in Middle Earth and being weakened. He could start out in Rohan again or perhaps meet up with the fellowship In variety of different places and joining them we're running into them on multiple occasions or something else even you could even have him accidentally pull someone along with him. I hope to see you write more Middle-earth Naruto crossovers in the future :-) |
iceangelz19 chapter 5 . 4/4/2018 That was incredibly good I loved it! |
OgamiRei-kun chapter 1 . 2/12/2018 Probably the best LODR crossover I have ever read; The only thing I disliked was the tecnique that killed him. I mean, for someone like Kakashi I expected him to cast Kirin, even the climate was perfect, and the Chakra to control it was low. Instead I found a mere rank C, it was a bit...disappointing. Other than that I really can't say nothing bad, it was perfect! |
HinataSoup chapter 4 . 10/10/2017 The grim traveler is ultimate favorite... the whole story. (Kakashi could of sort of lived if he did not use the last tidbit of 'magic' he had, but that would be folly to his pledge. |
ObscureAbsurdity chapter 5 . 8/19/2017 Could never get through Lord of the Rings, but this story is one if the best cross-over fics I've ever read. Thanks for writing and sharing this |
LedyRheill chapter 1 . 8/4/2017 That kakashi monologue brought a tear to my eye. T.T |
ranchan-akari chapter 5 . 7/13/2017 omg. *sobs* I knew it was coming, but still. TT |
doraemax chapter 5 . 7/5/2017 Heh, if Naruto were to hear of his last days, he would have been proud. |
tabjoy13 chapter 5 . 6/13/2017 This story is lovely. Thank you for sharing it with us. |
Snickering Fox chapter 5 . 5/23/2017 No, it's okay. This is... this is the right ending. Even if I really hate dead ending, but this is /so/ right. I hate it every time a character dead in ending, I really hate it! BUT THIS ENDING IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR THIS |
Guest chapter 5 . 3/28/2017 Whoa, thank you so much for this great story ! |
de junco chapter 5 . 3/26/2017 Nice final chapter, it was a bit unexpected, but I like thinking that Kakashi went out fighting, I imagine that he's been so battle-hardened and weary that by this point it's almost the best way for him to end it. I also like how he introduces some sneakier and more subversive techniques that the men normally wouldn't use yet benefited immensely from, as well as his ingenuity during battle. Having to fight a battle of attrition without the use of chakra must be an extremely unpleasant prospect for shinobi, and I imagine he did pretty well all things considered. Possibly Gai might have done better, seeing as his extreme physical training would give him a better starting state for a battle like this, but I don't think it could equate to Kakashi's knowledge and tactical know-how. Thanks for this chapter, it was nice to see a satisfying wrap-up to this story. |
Beloved Daughter chapter 5 . 3/9/2017 Really cool story! I love the idea of Kakashi in Middle Earth, but also him arriving in such a way that he's not ridiculously overpowered. Nothing more boring than reading a story where the hero doesn't struggle to win. |
