Ever since I started Fall out I wanted to date Nick. This story is what I was looking for. Thank you

I have to say that felt a bit rushed, but emotionally rewarding nonetheless.

Two small corrections: First, the robot butler at Sanctuary is named Codsworth, not Coddington. Second, San Francisco Sunlights are the brand of cigar smoked by Kellogg. Cigarettes are a brand called Grey Tortoise. Otherwise very good work.

Oh my God, I love the film noir style you're invoking through his narration. A bit heavy on the cheese, but that's what I love about Nick, so you won't hear any complaints from me.

"They rip apart the pretty roses and keep the thorns to whip each other's backs." My gosh, what a great metaphor.
Aaaaw, that's the end? And you don't have any other Nick and Nora stories? No? You're sure? ...Well, if that's how it shakes out for us, at least this was one heck of an awesome and all-around pleasing run. Thanks for the story.

Once again, awesome chapter. You write action so well and still have it with such a human focus. It's the actors and not just the explosions and dangers, so to speak.
And also once again, you do a good job picking chapter titles.

Reading you stuff makes me happy. It also makes me want to go out and buy detective comics or watch some old silver screen sleuth films. :)

XD Don't even get me started on the Assaultron bit. You are wickedly, wittily brilliant, author, and I especially love the tender and tenser moments you do.

Gah, it's like you've written it as an actual Noir Detective adventure thing! That's so cool. Everything about Valentine and the way he speaks and thinks fleshes out his character so well in a classically old-fashioned style without ever being OOC one bit. It's just so enjoyable to read.
And I love the chapter title too.

Oh my goodness gracious I absolutely LOVE the way you characterize Nick! The things he thinks, the 'old-world' vernacular and jivey jargon, it's absolutely delightful and suiting and perfectly done!
