I read this exact same Fanfiction on Ao3. Only it was written as Bellarke (Bellamy and Clarke) from The 100 instead of The Hunger Games. Interestingly... Both are almost word for word.

This was awesome! Love the significance of the Mockingjay, the soulmates concept was well done, the reveal was perfect! I would love to see more from this universe (outtakes, different POVs, etc.), but I definitely enjoyed :)
