So I was feeling really depressed today, so I went on fanfiction and typed in “suicide” in the search bar and filtered to completed sonic stories. There were only 16, and all of them were either not what I was looking for or had terrible writing. Then there was this one - close to if not at the very end of the list. Didn’t have much to do with suicide but the writing was just SO GOOD and the story was SO intriguing...and your portrayal of the characters and this ending and omigoodness I NEED to read more!

I can definitely say your story made my night and I’m beyond glad I found it. I’m going to raid your profile for more stories now. Thank you.

Okay first off I love this story it had so many emotions I can't properly explain and was totally worth staying up late to read. Second, in some of the authors notes when Nikki made a comment I kind of had to pause and think, wait, that name in a sonic fanfic context is familiar. So I scrolled up to see your user nam did an odd combination of freaking out and laughing. After several years you've sucked me into another one of your stories and I love it! Now I'll be off to read some more of your amazing work!

I really enjoyed this story... Mostly because it has given me my favourite incarnation of tails ever, he's childish but smart, he can act scared but he has a sense of justice and will stop any evildoers. And chapter 25 was the funniest thing I ever read.

Great story. This is an interesting take on the Sonic series, and the elements taken from both the games and the television shows were put together masterfully.
