Oh, you bastard, why would you write this timeline on purpose? You're sending those fictons out into the multiverse just willy-nilly with no regard of the consequences. You really are horrible at planning things ahead of time. Also, the diary got away in book two, and Sirius should still have had the locket in Grimmauld Place a chapter or two back.

I dont know if any story has made me burst out laughing quite like this chapter did. And then it kept getting funnier.

Overall, I think this is the first well-written Harry Potter fic with an American main character that I have ever read. Though I'm kinda sad over the lack of Tonks.

I have to ask. This whole COVID-19 pandemic is just one of Ash's experiments gone horribly wrong, isn't it? Damn that evil nutcase!

In other news, fantastic story, great theories put to work very effectively, could have used more void rays, definitely going in my collection!

Why isn't the mc going further into spellcrafting and making a spell for laser instead of carrying around lenses?

Yeah, so... More nitpicking i guess. If nothing else, it boosts your review count :p

Ash finds out that Old Tom has been Evil for about 50 years after he left school. However, i find that supremely hard to believe. If the Ministry was unable to fight back effectively, then Voldemort should have already been in charge of Magical Britain, at least if he had that long a time to build forces and attack others. And it also totally disregards canon through the fact that Tom first worked for Borgin and Burkes immediately after Hogwarts, only to go on a worldwide training trip after working there for an unmentioned period of time. Either the Ministry was somewhat competent (Especially Barty Crouch who vouched for Aurors to use the unforgivables to combat Death Eaters), and the Order of the Phoenix actually did more than just spy and occasionally stun people, or Voldemort would have won. There simply aren't enough people in Magical Britain that would require a campaign of 40 years to conquer. As another argument, just look at muggle wars over the past 130 years. Open war has never lasted more than a scarce few years, yet casualties are in the hundreds of thousands to millions. So unless the Death Eaters went from house to house only once during the weekends it's highly unrealistic that Voldemort could actively and with more than moderate success wage war over magical ethnics for so long.

That, or Dumbledore is just boss enough to counteract a totally evil (although they were quick to turn coat once their leader was destroyed) government in less than the 10 years it takes for Harry to reemerge in the Wizarding World. Or magic handwavery :p

Um... So, i'm back reading this for the second time. Not sure what that says about my sanity either...

Anyways... Back in chapter X(possibly XX, but i think it was kind of early, around 2nd year or so), Ash had the brilliant idea of transfigurating a handgun from debris. So why would 4th year Ash go to the trouble of half-successfully learning to assemble an AK-47 (which takes up space in his bag of holding (Especially when he says he can just transfigurate the parts he doesn't assemble successfully)) when he can just transfigure that shit? He was transfiguring bigger weapons than a pistol in 2nd year. And it would technically be the only spell he did during the whole maze so he shouldn't be too winded from it.

Also, how big can a portkey be? Can you make a buss into a portkey and kidnap a whole grade of students in one go (alternatively a whole group of tourists)? Can a football (not american football) field be made into a portkey, thus securing you the two greatest football teams of that season?

Its hard to really say anything about this. All the reactions the story drew from me were either: "...okay?", "sweet", "wtf" and "HAHAHAHAHA".

I'll just give it 5/5 and call it 'unique and fun'. Pretty much sums it up.
