Oh will Doc be like an Inuzuka dog? I hope so, because their friendship/nakama-ness seems really strong, and I would want Doc to be able to understand and communicate with her (though normal dogs are pretty dang smart anyways) and their partnership can be boosted! Especially in a new place.

Aw, you have a lab?
I had one some five years ago. His name was Labi, purebred, of the American variant (I admit I'm a pretty big snob when it comes to Europe vs America, but when it comes to labradors, the American variant has longer legs and is much slimmer, which means they don't develop as many cardio-vascular illnesses as the European ones do). We had to put him down, though, because he was just too old. I mean, 12 years old?

But anyway, good for you, posting another story! I love the premise; there's another fic here that's pretty similar on the idea - I think it's called ''Aberration,'' you'd like it - and I'm really curious as to where you're going with this.
