xfel chapter 5 . 6/12 Interesting story. Well, the players sure messed that one up. I wonder what Kayaba thinks of all this. Somehow, I doubt that this is what he had in mind. I'd recommend to avoid overdoing it with the levels. Only mention them when they're actually important, like if the players realize that their enemies level too. |
Dontus -not Donut- Powerus chapter 5 . 12/10/2019 It would be interesting if the clearers got ahold of a knight of the round (probably Bismarck because he looks like a high ranking official and his soul IS still intact unlike Marianne and Charles that got the literal "Delete") and beat him up to know the Empire's next plan only to be told that they just attacked the whole Empire whom just gave them a ticket to go to the next level scott free of any fighting and laughing as he initiate his own self destruct spell of his heart exploding so it could be the equivalent of ejecting of a knightmare. The reaction would be a glorious questions theories and sudden realizations. The possibilities would be endless. They could try and find the one who decided to initiate the attack (Namely Kirito since he said it to the players publicly) and "Offer him" as to institute peace And you know the next two possible outcomes. Continue on killing or accept the prisoner or both Second would be player diserters that would like to join the Empire or form groups when they realize and remember what the Empire's true goal is. The two options of this would be the other players would dissert and join the Empire, surrendering themselves (that has other options of their own) and second would be forming groups of people trying to find Lelouch's Soul and offer them to try receive a free pass again. The surrendered players would either be slain, be a part of being the vanguards to keep them away from reaching Lelouch, player/Empire spies, player/Empire assassins, or a party searching for Lelouch's soul Either way, the 3rd and 4rth choices would make those players a double crossing basturd (in the player's case) or a Triple Crossing Basturd (Kallen's and CC's case) but the problem being is that these assassins can't go near CC and Kallen since the two recognize the dangers of these players so they're better off assassinating other high ranking officers or messengers and changing the message. Third would be finding and keeping even just one of Lelouch's soul (Which is suicidal) and hide in floor one to the best of their ability. |
Guest chapter 5 . 10/18/2019 Update |
Weaponv200 chapter 5 . 8/29/2019 Please Update |
greendragon197 chapter 4 . 7/5/2019 Massive Schadenfreude, if it were true that if the players' had collected all the pieces of the Emperor's soul and healed Lelouch, that they would have been considered friends of the Geass Empire and were granted passage through the 99th level without a fight. But because that didn't care for honour or negotiations, they reap what is sown |
greendragon197 chapter 5 . 7/5/2019 Technical this is a war of vengeance for the players betrayal. Also I would think Lloyd asplund would somehow figure out how to get knightmares or at least guns with magical elements into the army. Also is Kallen lvling up? As one of the strongest fighters in CG, I would think she would get stronger. |
Guest chapter 5 . 6/29/2019 This is still a great story! And despite what you may think, your fight scenes are very good. I look forward to reading the next chapter. You might want to to consider checking to make sure all your sentences are in the same tense though. No biggie. Just food for thought! PS: I'm glad you still have time to do these! |
RESTIA chapter 5 . 6/29/2019 I'm a bigger fan of Code Geass, so I do hope the Geass Empire gives the SAO clearers their just desserts for screwing up what could have been a peaceful negotiation. |
IzanagiMikoto chapter 5 . 6/27/2019 Given the setting I think levels and statistics are an important part, though to what degree is a question. I don't think it needs to be mentioned all the time, but it can be used to set drama for the scene. For example the disparity between a clearer facing a Geass Champion compared to a non-clearer, who is likely levels and equipment below a clearer. Video games are unforgiving that way if you don't have the stats for it. It doesn't matter if you're the greatest player in the world if your gear and abilities don't register with the enemy. One thing I'd be interested to see is the aftermath fallout. I imagine tensions and emotions will be high but will any of the players understand they potentially screwed up what could've been a peaceful negotiation. Probably not since they only view C.C. and Kallen as AI but I'd enjoy reading it. |
sleipnir34 chapter 5 . 6/27/2019 levels are not very important, just that the players are vastly underleveled is important. we can just assume that the players are about the same give or take a few. |
arga101 chapter 5 . 6/26/2019 Onwards the Geass Empire! It was a shame that the path of destruction lies ahead. But the players need to wake up and realise its not just a game. |
cerberus328 chapter 5 . 6/26/2019 Sweet cant wait to see more especially from fourth |
Kurosu Cross chapter 5 . 6/26/2019 When 2 desperate forces clashes, hell comes to the land by the way, when Kirito charge up Vorpal Blade, i think 'canceled' will be more fitting instead of 'halt' since 'halt' implies that the skill has been activated and could be stopped midway |
Mamon the lich king chapter 5 . 6/26/2019 Finally an update. It was nice chapter. And the fight scene was good. Well I don't really care much about lvl .so it's up to if you want to add or not. |
The Rupture chapter 4 . 6/23/2019 Keep it up. |
