Will there be more of this? This was so nice. I've always thought there was much more to be said about his backstory than the assumptions of a justifiably angry, disgruntled, and wounded child. (I have a whole list of the many clues left in the original novels, and the construction I put on them.) Nicely done.

Oh wow finally some happy news for fifty! This sounds like it could be some good reading if written well should you decide to continue with the story. If it's a one shot then it leaves us with the possibility that Christian found something positive from his childhood and can live to be happy and content with knowing it. Nicely done.
