hope u do finish this story it's well done and a fresh take on things.

The move is fine but the writing durring the reveal is sloppy. It wasnt clear to me ws a reader whether Pyrrha had a bunch of bad relationships or one sexual encounter and why she regrets it so much. You also dont directly link it to her hesitancy with Jaune. The text should answer "why is this traumatic?" is she sad she won't be able to share first times with Jaune? Overall though I like the idea of Pyrrha being experienced I think it would be interesting if Jaune as well had some dating experience, likely not sexual experience though with that many sisters around.

This story was quite nice, especially in the description of the Grimm. It really helps paint them in the horrific light that even the show doesn't always do justice.

The one place where I felt the writing suffered most was in the Arkos pairing; Jaune is written as being extremely infatuated with Pyhrra. But as you said, Pyhrra initiates every single romantic gesture, and I've always taken Jaune's lack of attention, and lack of initiation as a lack of romantic interest. I do admit that I am somewhat biased in this assessment, and I think that Arkos could only exist if it was forced.

I sincerely hope you make good on that promise of yours to not abandon this fix. I like it a lot more than what I usually find on here.

Ooooooooo shit, that chapter ending is one helluva hook! The jump from "I've passed, all is well" to "Ah shit they kicking me out" was a bit abrupt, but otherwise all is good. Now for the rest of the fiction, mwhahaha

I'm going to be straight and honest. The characterizations of some of these characters is complete trash. In attempting to create a more well rounded character, you've just completely disregarded what the canon material has given us 'just because it doesn't seem plausible' in your opinion.

I'm mostly talking about Yang and Pyrrha. For whatever reason, you seem to deal in extremes. In Yang's case, you take her anger problems - which she does have in canon, though it only really comes out while she is fighting - and ramp them up to 11. For Pyrrha, you think Jaune being her first crush is farcical, so you naturally go to the opposite extreme and make her someone who had sex with multiple people for emotional support.

Where is the middle ground? Did Yang really have to provoke Pyrrha into a fight the way she did? I know Ruby was hurt but to go from being sad Jaune was gone and trying to help Pyrrha to insulting him to get a violent reaction out of a friend...

These are not the actions of a good friend.

And why couldn't Pyrrha have had other crushes before Jaune but nothing worked out? Why the extreme of sleeping with others for comfort because of loneliness? Especially when it goes against everything we know about the character of Pyrrha?

In the end, it just feels like lazy writing to bait responses. Or just to have something interesting happen. Maybe next we find out Jaune has actually had quite a few girlfriends before Beacon. It is typical of a boy of his age to have had quite a bit of experience with the opposite gender, right? Even if everything we know about Jaune tends to go against this. It just seems implausible that he'd have zero experience.

Right?

So i know you said multiple times you wont abadon this fic... but this long break is a bit worrisome. I hope we will see new chapter soon...
