I'm legit screaming right now. This never hit me right in the face and by God you wrote this story wonderfully! The tension between Gabriel and Sabine as well as the moments where their emotions from the past surface is amazing. It shows how their partnership was possibly and all the pains they must have gone through as they grew close and then grew apart. I also love how Gabriel advises Adrien to not make the same mistakes he has done. That is perhaps the most fatherly and Chat Noir like advice he could give his son.

Omg i really really really like this AU. Theres something about the retired heroes that just yank at my heartstrings and the fact that Gabriel is so bitter now that it makes me sad but like ohmygod "do you love her" and how his mood changes when she enters the room omg just break me
