This is a really good story! I have been browsing fan fiction looking for a well written story that deals with the after math Emma and Killian no doubt go through after their Dark Ones/ Underworld experiences. This was perfect!

This was very good. The nightmares were gut wrenching, and the thought of Emma in a closet or behind the sink is terribly sad. But she is human, and the recovery from being a Dark One would be difficult. Just because she is the Savior doesn't mean she is immune from regret or anxiety or demons in her sleep. Killian was excellent in his love and help. He had his demons too, and he would face them however it worked for him.

Thanks for writing something we are interested in and know we won't see otherwise. Thanks for David and Snow and Neal who would be part of healing for Emma and Killian. Thanks for including the Jolly. I loved them on the roof. I knew Emma would have to check on Henry. Regina was perfect as Regina.

I liked your story, i have read very few fanfics that approaches Killian's possible depression which i find is very visible in all of his choices and actions throughout the show.

I liked this story overall. I love fics that really delve into the characters' psyches because like you said, that's something we'll never see onscreen on a show so focused on plot, plot, plot all the time.

However I had a quibble with that one bit of dialogue from Regina, where she says "but if people can learn to trust me again." I didn't like the use of the word 'again' because that implies that everyone trusted her at one point, then she breached that trust, now she's working to regain it when we know that's patently untrue. She did, after all, ruin all their lives on multiple occasions, the Dark Curse being the main offense, so all those people didn't trust her to begin with. I think if you simply dropped the word 'again' from her dialogue it would work much better.
