Wow. This is only two chapters in and is already taking me on an emotional rollercoaster. I'm very intrigued with the idea of the Isaiah Strain, I'd love to hear more of the "why" about it. I'm not a huge reviewer typically, but you're easily one of my favorite FanFiction authors. The Web of Lies series held my interest from the moment I found it, and although I just found this particular story today, I've got another favorite story to add to the list! Thank you for sharing your creativity with us all, I look forward to following you for a long time yet :)

Ouch, well this story certainly smacks you right upside the head with all the feels...

So, review wise, very well written and it works exceedingly well from Fleur's perspective. I do find myself wondering just how 'close' Daphne was with H/Hr. Obviously the answer is VERY though he doesn't seem quite as shattered with Daphne so not as much as Hermione I guess.

Victoire is simply adorable.

The only real problem I find is the story is that for parents that have been so utterly paranoid as you portrayed Fleur/Bill, I find it hard to imagine that they stayed in England with a child who could contract the disease. Why wouldn't they go a place where it was less likely to be prevalent like Gabrielle did? Other than that, fantastic start and I hope to see more if only so that there is a bit more happy in the tragedy.

Hmmm, I know Harry is not a pedophile child abuser... but with Victoire 11 years old, dying within 8 months, Veela and having a crush on him... if it were my fiction, I would contain a lot of lemons between the three. It would be a shame if she died a virgin.

Keep up the great work. This was a good reminder that Harry is human too (underneath the layers he shows to Fleur and Victoire) and not just some immovable rock of comfort for them.
I was wondering how you were going to resolve the ties with Bill, and though it was a little bit contrived, it worked.
I can see at some point Victoria suddenly bring up how she misses her father or how she is reminded of him and her innocence just wrecking Fleur and Harry.

Wow this is looking to be an incredibly powerful story. I love the idea of the setting and what I've read so far. Definitely planning on checking out your other works as well.
