I don't want to be Troll guy, here, but it sounds like somebody's bubble needs bursting, just a little. You may have HAD (monthly updates and still a dozen or so to go at this point)(ch19) one of the top CURRENT fics, as yet unfinished, or maybe ' Harry/Draco- no slash', cuz how many of Those are there?! I'm pretty sure it's not the "ALL TIME, bestest ever, totally amazing, earth shattering, Harry Potter fanfreakintastic fanfiction list". Sorry. Not buyin' it.
You want good? You read everything ROBST ever wrote, and then all of his favorites. Now all of OLD CROW, and all of His favs, minus the overlap from ROBST. Chem Prog and his list. James Spookie and his. "Sympathetic Proberties" by Mr Norell is ongoing at 610K words. THAT is the best current fic, if not for the torturous wait between chapters. Covid not helping.
Worth mentioning is King in Yellow's "Hogwarts 1835" , and "Hogwarts 1940", both period pieces with ancestors of the modern cast. Delightful.
"Brave New World" by Bellerophon30 (not on FFN) is my number two all time fav. "Harry Crow" by ROBST is still number one. When it's done, Mr Norell is probably going to be three.
BTW. My parameters are - it has to be on someone's favs list, not just pulled random off some filter page. Over forty k, but a tiny few are 20k. Most are 100k and up. Almost NO HP/Ginny. I hate the gold digging whore. A few at the start, a long time ago, snuck in. I steer away from drama and angst, preferring the action adventure or family and romance (occasionally) types. Hermione or Daphne ships welcome (again, anyone BUT Ginerva) And last, I try for complete, but sometimes I forget to look and get sucked in to an ongoing story.
So..? Where does that put this little ditty? So far, cuz I'm not finished? Yeah. Top 200? Out of 1200? I'd take it.

I'm of the Anne Rice- vampire school, not the sparkly, dumbass, 'vampires can go to high school and be out in the daylight, Robert Pattinson group. I don't know if your Blaise really is a vampire, or if I'm missing a joke somehow.

There's this literary technique, more like freshman survivor skill for English 101, called PROOFREADING. It's where you correct the mistakes before you post the chapter. Seriously. Who posts KNOWING you made a sh**load (compound word, seems foreign to millennials) of mistakes?!
Commas too. Your killing me with these long winded, lengthy, run on sentences with no punctuation. When you pause in your delivery, as if you were reading out loud, you put an effing COMMA there!
