Personally I dislike Leah with a passion, which is why I killed her off in my own story and gave Bran a mate he deserved. That said, this was another good chapter.

I read the brief summary and went 'oo this sounds like it could be interesting' and so far I like it.

I do have the one bone of contention though. Twenty or so years prior to Moon Called, I don't think any abortion clinics had to do ultrasounds, but I could be wrong. Still, since it's extremely difficult to track down that kind of information and it helped the story progression, it's all good.
