Wow, this was very... engasive. I loved it. Damn, this is just littered with such great vocabulary and word usage, the inner thoughts were also a great driving force, they pretty much portrayed expression and feeling without explicitly stating it outright, which is something I've tried to pull off for a while now. I always felt this kind of narration was very powerful and this one-shot has just kept it up through the whole thing. No doubt a lot of work was put into this, so nice going there! Thanks for the story.
