Your 3 story session is fine but honestly you need to work on consistency. 1 story he was 21 the other 23 the third 25. You'll do fine otherwise just be consistent and make sure you keep things simple. Might i recommend since the stories are connected make it into a small story which will help with writers block

A Great Story

It was good story, especially scene with Irina and Xenovia. I have hope that we see a threesome with Ise, Rias and Akeno too. I think what Asia should join too. I know that she is a stupid blonde and cockblocking for Ise, what foursome with her, Xenovia and Irina will be a interesing.

Its great to have you back, also I should mention that the fact that you haven't written anything in a while doesn't show here in my opinion.
Also I should note that after making Irina a fallen angel I thought you really wrote yourself into a corner and therefore wouldn't continue things from there, but I was pleasantly surprised after reading the beginning. Here's to hoping you get more chances to write

Akeno doing all those things to Issei and making Xenovia and Irina watch was something I can imagine her doing. I would love to have Akeno teasing and tormenting me in such fashion if it meant getting the good stuff going with her, my favorite DxD character.

A few suggestions now: If your stories are finished, then slap the completed marker on them and if you would, make another one-shot with Issei and Rias, where she demands Issei to have sex with her as well, because he already did it with Akeno, Xenovia and Irina and she doesn't want to be left out.

She starts complaining to Issei that he is leaving her out when his chastity belonged to her and she was supposed to take it and she won't forgive him if he doesn't do it with her.
