It was intense. The idea of Aramis raping d'Artagnan to save him from pain really twisted.
I loved broken Aramis hurting his hand. When d'Artagnan came to him to be fixed it was so despaired of him. There was so much resignation in Aramis when he complied.
The fever was the genious turning point. Good that d'Artagnan stayed alone with Aramis. They both needed it.
