Nice chapter! It was so cute when Peridot spoke up in Amethyst's defense! And I agree with the headcanon that she would hide behind Amethyst when scared or in trouble. She did that repeatedly with Steven in When It Rains, so she'd definitely do it with Amethyst, who's even stronger than Steven and would be able to give her a sense of security.

I really like how you wrote Lapis, too, and how she tried to intimidate both Peridot and Amethyst. I look forward to the next chapter.
