I’m loving the Easter Eggs to your other story. This is a great story, and I enjoyed the Inheritance Cycle as well, and look forward to its resounding conclusion.

This is one of the finest Halo crossovers I've ever read. A thorough knowledge of canon, a flawless integration into Mass Effect. I particularly love the two-humanities twist, which js perfectly possible with Forerunner meddling! This is a famtastic story and I eagerly await the next chapter!

But I don't understand why stick to the three man team concept?
Why couldn't they just read the words on the walls to see English?

I'm not a fan of the decision to bring back Noble Six. Six, in canon, is not really a character, just a blank slate for the player with a couple of (for a Spartan) generic backstory facts. Any fanfic depiction of Six is effectively an OC who happened to go through the events of Halo Reach. So, unless having gone through Halo Reach as depicted in the game is key to their role in the fanfic, you would be better served just having an OC and letting Noble Six's story, including their death, remain as it was in canon. Contradicting the events of Halo Reach just for the sake of having a character called Noble Six is pure fanservice— and not the good kind. It remains to be seen whether the author here will make Six relevant to the plot. If she has an interesting character and her knowledge of Noble Team's actions on Reach prove important, I'll be happy. If not, it will be a mistake to have her in the fic at all.

Getting a second proofreader would benefit, since there's a fair number of noticeable typos— "USNC" instead of UNSC, "Halbert" instead of Halberd— but the story overall is quite good. I liked seeing more of Annah's perspective in Chapter 36. She is an interesting character, and I would love to see the author go into more depth about what it's like for her, thrust into this multifaceted conflict with barely any knowledge.

The Quarian/UNSC relationship is looking interesting. It should take a while to fully erode the UEG's wariness of aliens, but the author was previously very good about maintaining a gradual pace with Shepard & Chief's growing friendship.

This is ny fifth reread of this story, and after carefully scrutinizing the development of Millenia Never Failing and Allan's relationship I have come to the hilarious coclusin that this One Hundred Thousand year old plus Forerunner A.I is the most blatant and basic text book defintion of a TSUNDERE. Allan has a Tsun-Tsun chan spewing death threats at him but all the while she slowly learns to appreciate (falls in love with) his character, and the death threats become merely her way of deflecting said obvious appreciation...I ship it

Goddamn, this is amazing. I started reading this forever ago and you had only made it up to chapter 16 or something, started over to regain context. This was a real treat, combing through my library and finding this story had grown to well over 500k words. The story is magnificent and ambitious, and despite a very few editing oversights this story really stands out amongst the various Mass Effect/Halo crossovers. Can't wait to see where everything leads. I've literally been reading this every waking moment for the last week trying to catch up, thank God for quarantine lol

Avery Johnson bicth slapping politicians its almost as badass as him shooting enemies, finally "Ana" get her shit together, Noble Six will be a regular or at least that since and Millenia chan seems to be more "centered". The UNSC get the right idea working with turians and quarians.

I absolutely love this story, and it has another great chapter to it. I just finished rereading it, and it reminded me that as much as I love this story you get Sergeant Major (SgtMaj) Johnson’s rank wrong a lot. The game did it all the time as well but I wanted to tell you that SgtMaj is his rank and it isn’t shortened down to Sergeant (Sgt) because that is its own rank. To tell you the age difference usually the rank of Sgt can be reached in about 4 years and the rank of SgtMaj is about 20-25 years.

Why hasn't she got more "screen time" so to speak? I can tell she's definitely gonna be one of the most popular characters in your story.

ROFLMAO! Of course Alan would be thinking of "cleaning house" after the UNSC/ONI's betrayal. Something about this is amusing even though he's technically on his literal "deathbed" so to speak.

"Guess you want to know what we're going to do next?" She continued when he didn't respond. "Those squid-thingies are trying to repair the ship's engines. Bad news is, those Banished have them too."

You know, this whole Banished entering UNSC space unmolested and scavenging on a once essential UNSC planet feels a bit off to me. By that I mean, how come the Citadel races got immediately detected, triggering a UNSC naval response, where as the Banished were virtually undetected?

Oho?! That ending! Rather comical and (purposely) anticlimactic. All in all the while chapter gave the vibes of "the plot thickens". It seems something "big" is about to take place. I await avidly and eagerly for what happens next with great anticipation.
