   L0NER18 chapter 41 . 7/13 Awesome! At times it felt like a slog of words. But I pushed through and I'm glad I did. Stannis distraught as his daughter died was amazing as much as I hated his character that emotion was perfect. Oh Willem. I am not ashamed to say I cried, I cried a lot during this bit of reading. It wasn't perfect but it was still amazing! |

| J chapter 12 . 4/6 I thought the Freys' beheadings would be too brutal and OOC but honestly all I could do was cry when it came to Lady Maege, the Greatjon, and Brynden's turns to behead a Frey. Thank you for keeping their humanity in the moment and not making them emotionless for the sake of the characters looking "cool" an DC unaffected. Honestly, it was so beautiful and perfectly captured the tragic part of revenge: the Freys suffered and died, but it didn't erase Dacey, the Smalljon, or Catelyn's suffering and deaths. It didn't erase the suffering (emotionally in the cases of Maege and Brenden; and both emotionally and physically in the Greatjon's case). Great writing Signed, Literally weeping |
