Present tense is so hard! You did a great job. I really like it, as well as the song it goes with. I think it fits perfectly, and you even brought it right back to the beginning. So so so good.

Wow this was very well done. While it gave us a glimpse of what the alternative could have been if Yato had chosen to break ties with Hiyori, it still gives us hope. That no matter what happened, Hiyori would still remember Yato. That their fates are really intertwined.

And when I think about it, this could be true. After all, if Yato's and Hiyori's ties were cut, all that would happen is that her memories of him would go away. However, that doesn't mean Hiyori won't be able to see and smell him. After all, even before she was tied to him, she could still see him.

I love it! I think I have read about ten times that part when Yato says "I love you". It's so perfect! Keep writing and I'll look at your other fanfics

OMG I was SO afraid she wouldn't be remembering that I almost cried when she remembered! You did a good job! The only thing that made me a bit sad is how Yukine handled Hiyori's loss, he was deeply attached to her as well so I guess I expected him to be to be softer with Yato.. But I guess it was a way to try to make him forget about the girl or at least not having him mourning on her like she's dead. Anyway I liked it, you should be doing more of this! ;)
