You should tone it down with the characters and OCS it's getting confusing on whose perspective we are reading.. It makes your story difficult to read.. and I think you summary is way off

I don't have a continuation, I thought Harry would come back and be fine, I didn't know he was badly defined

I think you need more information on the harry potter people. In the second half of this story i was super confused because you've added characters in but haven't explained who they are. If you are going to add in sibling to major characters you should add a bit more of a backstory so your readers know who is related to who and why they are important to the story.

Really? Really? Archie, Betty, Veronica, Reggie, Jughead, Chuck?! And another song lyric? More ocs? Are you trying to drive readers away? If so you’re doing a bang up job. I’m not sure why I’m still reading, honestly. Maybe cuz there’s only a couple more chapters...?

Not a fan of the whole chapter. Too many ocs that I don’t know and therefore don’t care about. It’s nothing but a list of names, a very long list. To exacerbate matters you threw in two song lyrics, which to me is nothing but filler that I skip past. A reminder, this is HP fan fiction so where the heck is Harry? I love Draco but I need more Harry Potter than this in my stories. How about you rewrite with no ocs and Harry, Nev, Luna, Draco action? I’ll definitely reread it!

The story is weird. you said it was a Harry and Jacob, you can see at first that Edward had trouble Jacob but the next chapters that follow we see only the point of view of Hermione, new characters that appear from do not know where, we do not even know who they are. the chapters only talk about Hermione and Harry in all that, not his point of view even a little. the book is called Harry Potter and not Hermione Granger anyway. I do not understand
