I like the characterizations used here, a glimpse into a future so far ahead of what's familiar. It's interesting for me to read about a Pacifica who has fully embraced the Pines side of her life, as I am accustomed to writing a Pacifica who is still in the process of doing so. So thank you for your insight, and your excellent efforts.

Alright, lemme tell you something: I literally finished this and asked "…That's it?" (I'm saying this in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE) because it was going SO WELL and it was so calm and soothing and peaceful and for like the FIRST TIME this entire spring season, I felt content LOL and then it ended!

In any case, I'm so very grateful that you posted this on ffn. I'm on a Dipper/Pacifica (I refuse to use the shipping names, they're hard enough to say out loud, I'd rather just write their names out loool) binge right now and there really aren't that many good stories out there so I've started sifting through both ao3 and ffn. Your established version of these two is lovely and I loved your earlier description in chapter 1 of their first kiss in the Mystery Manor. Exquisite, truly. The cute levels - absolutely overwhelming; a shipper's dream come true, really.

And Mabel! I didn't realize it until you said it but her working at a diner really is perfect for her personality and style. I love her not-so-little tendency to matchmake Dipper and Pacifica even if they're already dating; once a good wing woman, always a good wing woman.

I'm only left with the feeling that, like I iterated up there, this isn't long enough! I would totally love to see more of this ship from you, because you handle them so purely; they're innocent in a way but they're still in character, and lines like "He was a big part of her world for a reason" (or something along those lines oh gosh) and how Dipper "couldn't even pretend not to care for her" – yeah, those were the two lines that sent me into bouts of adoring shrieks (you know what I'm talking about). I just think that's so great, for them to care about and adore each other so much and so purely at that age is … frankly, it's beautiful.

And without further ado, I'll stop my review here but hey, if I see some more Dipper/Pacifica (I can't DO IT, I WON'T type their ship name, I REFUSE) from you, then you'll certainly get another one of these!

Phew, for a second there I thought you were taking this in a non-fluffy direction, but you kept it chaste enough for me to still enjoy the fluff.

Okay, I chuckled at the Dipper/dipped pun. I don't usually ship this, but you weote Pacifica pretty well in this.

I thoroughly enjoy your addition to this story. I think it would be cool to turn it into an actual story where we get to see the Pines family (along with Pacifica, of course.
