Yeah, Um, sorry about going AWOL. I've been rather preoccupied with life and stuff...

But I had to come back to finish this! And honestly, I'm really kinda sad. I mean, yes, it's a realistic ending... But I really wanted Sebastian to LIKE HER. Like LOVE HER like her. :( I'm so confused! Just so, so confused.

I had this feeling a few chapters back that this WAS going to be the ending... but I said to myself "No, that couldn't be it! It's not romantic enough!" But, I guess it's REALISTIC. Which makes me sad. I still like this story, though! But it's made me a bit angry with Sebastian. Just a bit. :[

Quite impressed with this. It certainly was a novel solution to your story. Something I have not seen done before. I think, had it been me, I might have chosen another word other than digested, something like absorbed, but that is me and not consistent with the way you have presented him in your story.

Your Sebastian was shooting from the hip with this girl most of the time, a lot less gentle than he normally is with Ciel and especially, with Lizzy, so you kept him in character with this slightly rawer, less accommodating, more thoroughly selfish and demonic Sebastian, which was a breath of fresh air.

And the modern setting was interesting too. I wasn't sure I'd like it at first, but you managed it quite handily. I can honestly say I enjoyed it and look forward to your next Kuroshitsuji story, if indeed you have not got a gut-load of that world by now.
