A neat little scheme, well described:-)
FQS15 chapter 2 . 1/17/2019
Pfffhh! The last few paragraphs were hilarious! Great job!
Abracadebra chapter 1 . 9/18/2018
No idea how I missed this, but I’m so glad to have stumbled across it! It is very well crafted and full of dark humor. I was gobsmacked at the end of the first chapter — they’re going to WHAT?! You did a great job combining a lively caper with tense drama. I got a kick out of Hogan beating a hasty retreat from the sick room in the final scene.
Guest chapter 2 . 1/26/2018
Gracious I love it. Especially Newkirk's nonchalant description of his leg and indignation at LeBeau's almost "tossing". It's really great thank you.
katbybee chapter 2 . 11/28/2017
I just found this awesome gem! Love it...Just wait till Carter shows up...blowing up bridges, indeed!
kirin-saga chapter 2 . 8/17/2017
I've read this a few times and I always wonder...

Hogan, would it have killed you to explain SOONER?!
leebeenz chapter 2 . 8/19/2016
Ha I really liked this. It sounded just like one of Hogan's plans. I really loved the ending too.
SonderQuill chapter 2 . 5/31/2016
Nice! I like how you showed Hogan getting a little queasy at Newkirk's injury; made him seem more realistic and relatable (also funny!). Wilson being immune to it makes sense, as well as Newkirk messing with Hogan about it near the end. I loved the last line! You wrote this story very well, showing how things weren't as smooth in the beginning and how the team had more doubts, etc. I could tell they were still new to running the operation. Very good skills, as the aforementioned newness the team shared was pretty subtly written but destinctly different than your other HH stories set later in the show. Keep writing HH! It's great!
Goldleaf83 chapter 2 . 2/20/2016
Hogan comes up with an inspired and sensible solution given the circumstances, though I'd think the guys would figure his plan out earlier than they did. (But it's late, they're tired and worried, no one's thinking straight ... so it's not totally unbelievable given how events are playing out.) Good interplay with Klink after the "capture." The bit about everyone's reaction to seeing the wound was hilarious (especially with Hogan at the end), and you're right that it's totally different kinds of courage needed for the rescue and sabotage work that the guys do vs. facing torn up flesh and blood.
Thaddeus MacChuzzlewit chapter 1 . 2/18/2016
I'm guessing you're not going to kill Newkirk, since this is a pre-show story. But my response is still 'What? Oh no! Don't do it, Hogan! It's too risky!' Getting a little too invested in fictional characters here.

Sherlock's Pipe And Hat chapter 2 . 12/28/2015
Lol! I loved the ending there with Newkirk describing the wound to Hogan. "Those two just aren't right." :-) Thanks for writing!
SaraiEsq chapter 2 . 11/30/2015
Nicely done. Enjoyed it.
NickTonyK chapter 2 . 11/26/2015
Great way to wrap things up!
Winterfrost15 chapter 2 . 11/24/2015
Great way to end the story! I couldn't stop chuckling when Newkirk intentionally made Hogan uneasy. That devilish Cockney! :)

The last line was perfect, too. Ah Hogan, the things that are in store for you and the rest of the boys!

Looking forward to your next story! :)
